• "NexoArena" / "we" / "us" / "our" — NexoArena Gaming Café, operating at Unit 12, Phoenix Palladium, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400013, India.
• "Website" — the website available at nexoarena.com and all its sub-pages.
• "Services" — gaming station rental, food and beverage service, VIP room bookings, esports tournaments and related activities offered at our physical premises.
• "User" / "you" — any person who accesses the website or uses our services.
• "Content" — all text, images, graphics, logos, videos and other material published on the website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website or visiting NexoArena's premises, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and guests.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Website Use

The website is provided for informational purposes only. You agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure.
• Transmit any harmful, unlawful, defamatory or otherwise objectionable material.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content from the website without our prior written consent.
• Reproduce, copy, redistribute or sell any portion of the website content without authorisation.
• Impersonate NexoArena or any of its staff members.

4. In-Venue Rules

By entering NexoArena's premises, you agree to the following:

• Guests under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Entry after 9:00 PM is restricted to guests aged 14 and above.
• Alcoholic beverages are served exclusively to guests aged 18 and above. Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving Licence).
• You are responsible for the proper care of equipment and furniture assigned to you. Wilful damage will be charged to you at replacement cost.
• Personal gaming peripherals may be connected to stations via USB and audio ports.
• Outside food and beverages (other than sealed water bottles) are not permitted on the premises.
• Smoking, vaping and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Disruptive, aggressive or abusive behaviour towards staff or other guests will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

5. Bookings and Cancellations

The following policy applies to all advance bookings:

• Walk-in access is available for Standard and Pro zone stations (subject to availability).
• VIP Room bookings require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice.
• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the booking time will not incur a charge.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking time or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking value.
• Tournament registrations are non-refundable once confirmed.
• NexoArena reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical failure, force majeure). In such cases, a full refund or alternative slot will be offered.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). We accept the following payment methods at the venue:

• Cash (INR)
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay)

Prices are subject to change. The price applicable to your session is the one displayed at the time of booking or check-in.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and audio/video material — is the exclusive property of NexoArena Gaming Café or its content licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 of India and applicable international treaties.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any website content without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for reference purposes is permitted provided appropriate attribution is given.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including — but not limited to — warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, NexoArena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the website or our services.

NexoArena's total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to NexoArena in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits NexoArena's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.

The website may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. These links do not constitute an endorsement by NexoArena of the linked sites' content, products or services. We have no control over third-party websites and accept no liability for their content or practices. Access to any linked website is at your own risk.
